Coming Home
A 5 Week Healing Pilgrimage
If you’re here, something in you might be asking for rest, or grounding, or a way to come back to yourself, and to God, and to the parts of you that have been holding so much for so long.
This is why I created Coming Home.
It is a slow, gentle, 5 week embodied healing journey you can take all at once, or move through over five days, or return to weekly across five weeks.
It is a soft beginning into my Incarnational Healing approach, integrating body, heart, nervous system, relationship, and prayer, all held in the nearness of Christ.
This is the early release, so it isn’t polished or perfect. But it is real and made with care.
So here’s my small gift for Advent to you.
A quiet companion for the holiday season.
A place to land when you feel overwhelmed or untethered or tired of holding it together.
Let this meet you in the pace your body can handle.
Pause whenever you need.
Take breaks.
Come back tomorrow.
All of you is welcome here.

What’s inside the journey
Here’s a breakdown of the movements you’ll experience
Session 1
Anchoring in Safety: The Gateway to Healing
We begin by creating safety in the body, not by forcing relaxation, but by letting your system settle at its own pace. You’ll learn simple activation, grounding, resource building through movement, visceral visualization anchoring, and polyvagal awareness so your mind, body, and heart can feel the difference between survival mode and supported presence. This becomes the foundation for every step that follows.
Session 2
Discovering the felt sense
Here we wake up to the quiet language of the body. You’ll practice noticing sensations, micro-shifts, and the subtle emotional tones that rise from within them. We aren’t analyzing or digging deep, we’re learning to track, to stay with what is here, and to let the body reveal its meaning slowly. This becomes one of the most regulating skills you can carry into daily life.
Session 3
Welcoming Parts of Self in the body
In this movement, we gently meet the parts of you that protect, defend, withdraw, brace, or push through. Through pendulation and titration, we begin feeling into a protector part with curiosity, tracking its contraction and expansion, and offering the invitation to soften, never forcing. If that protector allows, we take a small step toward the wounded or younger part it guards, honoring its pace and its fear. This is tender work, and we go slowly.
Session 4
Holding & Moving Through Discomfort
Rather than avoiding or escaping pain, this session invites you to stay present, grounded, and resourced in the face of a difficult sensation, emotion, or memory encoded in the body. We pendulate in and out of the experience, allowing your system to titrate through what was once overwhelming. You’ll track sensation, release tension, and give the body a chance to complete the stress response it never got to finish. This is where deep nervous system healing often begins to unfold.
Session 5
An Integrated Way of Life
The final movement ties everything together. You’ll learn how to bring these practices into the real rhythm of your life through Ground, Gather, Tend; a simple, compassionate way of living incarnationally with yourself, with others, and with God. This becomes a sustainable path of continued healing, not just a momentary experience. A way to keep returning home to your body, your story, and God’s presence with gentleness.
Companion Worksheets
Two simple tools to help you stay in relationship with Your Experience
You can only process what you can name. This is gentle way of therefore naming your internal landscape, giving more precise language for your feelings, which include the emotions felt in and along with sensations. Instead of drawing a blank internally or collapsing into overwhelm, this Compass gives you terminology to see the whole terrain with compassion.
The Map supports you to sketch, color in, visualize, and journal through what you’re sensing and feeling. Print out copies and fill in what your parts of self feel like in the body. Get creative! Think of it as a small ritual of constructive attunement and expression that keeps you tethered to your internal world, reality, and God when things inside feel scattered.
