My work here began when someone helped me return to my body as a catalyst for change. Now I help others find the same, reconnecting to what’s real, alive, and already here.

Hello.

I’m Kolbe.

I’m a son, spouse, father, survivor, therapist, & facilitator.

I help people access peace and belonging within themselves, with others, and with God.

My work offers something more human that is uniquely relational, embodied, and even sacred… where the nervous system softens in connection & compassion, and the body becomes a bridge for deep healing, peace, and resilience when other methods have been found partial.
