Belonging Beyond Trauma
Therapy & coaching for complex trauma through relational, somatic, & spiritual attunement
Born from generations of ache and my own return to wholeness, My work here began when someone helped me come home to my body. Now I help others do the same, reconnecting to what’s real, alive, and already here.
Hello.
I’m Kolbe.
I’m a son, spouse, father, survivor, therapist, writer, & speaker.
I’m here to hold space for you in ways perhaps no one ever has, to walk with you as you reconnect from the ground up and the inside out. My hope is that through our work, you’ll rediscover a deep sense of belonging within yourself, with others, and with the Divine.
I offer a specialized approach through a relational, sacred, and embodied process where the nervous system softens in Truth and Grace, and the body becomes a bridge for deep insight, healing, and growth. This kind of accompaniment often brings about the very changes we’ve longed for in mind, body, and relationships, but struggled to achieve on our own.
However you’re showing up, I hope something here offers you a soothing balm for your personal journey of healing.

Through journals, articles, and reflections, I share stories, practices, and insights at the crossroads of psychology, spirituality, and embodiment. My writing is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and enter the ongoing work of healing the culture from the inside out.

New Offerings
I have two offerings going live soon and I’m excited to share these with you.
New FREE Program
Coming Home: An Introduction to Incarnational Healing
A guided 5 week program that offers a way into nervous system formation, interior integration, and spiritual renewal.
I’ve been listening.
You carry a body that remembers what the mind cannot always name. You ache for safety, grounding, and a way of prayer that doesn’t bypass the nervous system but welcomes it into Christ’s healing embrace.
That is why I created Coming Home: An Introduction to Incarnational Healing.
A 5-week guided program designed for those living with the effects of complex trauma, it brings together the best of modern neuroscience, somatic practice, and the deep well of Catholic spirituality. Each step offers both teaching and embodied practice, so you can learn to dwell safely in your own body again and encounter Christ not in spite of, but through your lived humanity.
New Group
Trauma & Sexual Addiction Group
A seasonal therapy group for men seeking healing and transformation rooted in science & centered on Christ
I’ve also been receiving special interest in a men’s group:
What I hear in men again and again is this:
You’re tired of white-knuckling through cycles of lust, secrecy, or compulsive patterns. You long for a place that doesn’t just tell you to “try harder,” but meets you with compassion, accountability, and a path of real change.
Our Trauma & Sexual Addiction Men’s Group is built for that need.
It’s a neuroscience-backed, faith-tailored space where men can name their struggles, retrain their nervous systems, and discover freedom in Christ together. Here, you don’t have to choose between being a man of faith and being honest about your wounds—you can be both. Healing becomes a process of reclaiming your body, your relationships, and your dignity.
